INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

On wet skin, apply a sufficient amount and massage all over the body. Focus on areas such as the buttocks, elbows and knees. Remove by rinsing with lukewarm water. Use 2-3 times a week for visible grinding and elasticity results.
