• Exfoliate lips to remove dry skin
• Moisturise lips with lip balm
• Consider priming lips with FIX IT! LIP PRIMER
• Apply Lip Liner
• Apply KISS ME MATT LIPS
• If necessary, apply a second coat

• Tidy up the outer edges of the lips with CONCEALER – High coverage
