Formulation of vitamin D3, 4000 IU, in capsules

Vitamin D can be obtained from the diet, in which case it is absorbed in the small intestine with the help of bile salts. Vitamin D is mainly stored in the liver, although there are high levels of vitamin D in blood compared to other tissues.

The vitamin D in MARNYS® Vitamin D 4000 IU provides the following properties (EFSA):

• Contributes to normal maintenance of bones, teeth and muscle function.
• Vitamin D contributes to normal absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus, in addition to normal blood calcium levels.
• Contributes to normal function of the immune system.

MARNYS® Vitamin D 4000 IU makes its ingredient (vitamin D3) recommended for people who seek to maintain their bone system, for the growth of bones in adolescents, for muscle and immune function, as well as for maintaining normal calcium absorption and use by the body.

Sunflower oil and vitamin D (cholecalciferol). Capsule composition: gelatin, glycerine, colour (red iron oxide) and water.

HOW TO USE

Take 1 capsule once a day. For individuals over 12 years old.
