Pick up a small quantity of eyeshadow and blend off the excess powder onto the back of your hand. Apply by tapping on your eyelid with the applicator. Use the darker colors either on the tail of your eye or on all the upper and lower eyelids for a smoky effect, the lighter colors on highlight spots and the bright colors either on all the eyelid or just at the center, for a precious touch.
