Shake well before use.
Before exposure, spray on generously (e.g. 8 sprays for the calf muscle). Using less will reduce the level of protection. Reapply regularly, especially after perspiring, swimming or towelling dry. Do not spray directly on the face, instead spray into the palm of your hand and apply to the face. Even though you are well protected, reduce exposure as far as possible. Do not expose babies and young children directly to the sun. Use in a well-ventilated area. Do not inhale intentionally.
