MARNYS® DHA Complex is a food supplement in the form of softgels containing Fish oil with 50% DHA content (250mg) that maintains normal mental and visual function. It is also enriched with natural vitamin E. DHA Complex additionally contains 12% of Omega-3 EPA (60mg).

DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) is an essential fatty acid that cannot be produced by the body and must be obtained from the diet. It is part of the phospholipids in the body’s cell membranes, clearly influencing their structure and functionality. DHA is naturally found in high concentrations in nerve and retinal tissues.
