Peppermint essential oil (Mentha piperita) extracted by steam distilling the aerial parts.

MARNYS® Peppermint Essential Oil is 100% pure and chemotyped, that is, it has got a defined composition and is 100% natural. Peppermint oil has been obtained through steam distillation and has not been denatured or mixed with other oils, what ensures the properties of the essential oil.

MARNYS® Peppermint Essential Oil contains the following chemotypes: menthol, menthone, its colour and appearance ranges from pale yellow to greenish yellow, and has got a characteristic taste, properties that favour food flavour.

MARNYS® Peppermint Essential oil is a food-grade oil, perfect to provide an aromatic and refreshing touch combined with its peculiar spicy taste. This oil can be used to complement many sweet recipes, especially mint chocolate.

The culinary use of peppermint counts on a long tradition in Greek and Roman cultures where it was used for cooking and due to its healthy properties, especially in the digestive area.

Always dilute one to two drops in 250 g of food or drink (juice, herbal tea, salad, etc.). Maximum three times a day.
